The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following prayer:

"it is, therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed that this hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to pass a writ of mandamus or certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction thereby awarding the compensation in favour of plaintiff and against the respondent no. 1 and/or respondent no. 3 of at least rs. 2,01,45,826/- (two crore one lakh forty five thousand eight hundred twenty six) or as the court may deem fit for an account of three deaths of his entire family as per law in the interest of justice and equity. it is prayed accordingly." 2.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to institute appropriate civil proceedings seeking compensation against the respondents. 3.

The present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for.
