The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.08.2019, whereby inter alia certain directions were issued under Section 24(3) of Delhi School Education Act, 1973. This order was challenged by the petitioner by way of this present petition. The petition was taken up for hearing on 18.10.2019, on which date Ms. Dacchita Shahi, appeared on behalf of the respondents and stated that no coercive measures will be taken without regard to the principles of natural justice. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to that a fresh show cause notice dated 26.05.2022 was issued by the Deputy Director of Education, District East. It has been submitted that this show cause notice was withdrawn by the Deputy Director of Education, District East vide order dated 03.12.2022.
