Writ Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') to challenge Orders dated 14.08.2019 and 21.08.2019 framing the charges against the Petitioner in FIR/RC No. RC-DAI-2015-A-0003. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent CBI submits that this is an Order for framing of charge and since the final arguments have already been addressed, this petition has become infructuous. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter be listed after 28.05.2024, when the matter is listed before learned Special Judge, CBI.

By way of present petition, the Order on charge has been challenged. Once the trial has been concluded and the matter is fixed for final Order, there is nothing left in the present petition, which is hereby disposed of.
