Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking directions to the respondent No.1 to give a response to the representation dated 6th March, 2024 filed by the petitioners within eight weeks and to further direct the respondent No.1 to appoint an Administrator for respondent no.3 to execute the perpetual sub lease deed in respect of Plot no.J-30 in favour of the petitioners.

In the present writ petition, it has been averred that the respondent no.1 is acting in an arbitrary manner and in collusion with respondent no.3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners states that till date, no direction has been issued to respondent no.3 to execute any perpetual sub lease deed in favour of the petitioners nor any reply has been sought by respondent no.1 from respondent No.3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the petitioners' representation dated 6th March, 2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight weeks in accordance with law. In the event the respondent no.1 deems it appropriate, it shall give a personal hearing to the petitioners as well as to respondent no.3. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
