% 14.02.2020 Though, the petitioner is not assisted by any counsel, it is fairly stated by the petitioner that she has already withdrawn M-23/2018 from the Court of the Judge, Family Court, South East, Saket, Delhi on 22.10.2019.

The present petition assails the impugned order dated 26.07.2019 in M-23/2018 which has already been dismissed as withdrawn on the withdrawal made by the petitioner who is present in person today. Apparently, the impugned order dated 26.07.2019 in M23/2018 merges with the dismissal of the said Petition i.e. M-23/2018 which has been dismissed as withdrawn.

The present petition is thus not maintainable and is disposed of accordingly.
