Counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, states that since material witnesses are yet to be examined before the Trial Court, he has instructions to withdraw the present Bail Application to approach the Court at the appropriate stage after the evidence of the material witnesses is concluded. 3.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
