% 13.04.2017 This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that respondent no.1 in full and final satisfaction of all his claims for his services with the petitioner-school will receive a sum of Rs.3 lacs from the petitioner-school within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such amount, no claim of respondent no.1 will remain as against the petitioner-school, and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as compromised.
