The present petition has been filed under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 617/2023 under Sections 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 17.10.2023 submits that this Court had granted interim protection to the petitioner subject to his joining investigation as and when required by the I.O concerned.

He submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order the petitioner has joined investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned, which position is not disputed by the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the I.O, who is present in Court.

The learned APP, on instructions further states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.
