O R D E R

CONT.CAS(C) 996/2025 CM APPL.385/2026 (for issuance of notices to R-1 &R-2) 1.

CM APPL.385/2026, which seeks issuance of notices to respondent nos. 1 and 2 (i.e. Mr. R. K. Paul and Mr. Raghav Bagrodia) is rendered infructuous inasmuch as learned counsel for the said respondents has entered appearance.

The present petition alleges wilful disobedience / non-compliance by the respondents with the directions contained in the order dated 17.04.2025, passed in W.P.(C) 16281/2022. The operative directions in the said order are as under:

"8. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, with the direction that the writ petition will be placed before the DoE, as it contains a detailed computation of the claimed dues. If the petitioner wishes to file any additional document before the DoE, she may do so The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

within one week from today. The respondent shall file its computation of dues/submissions with regard to the petitioner's claims within two weeks thereafter. The DoE is directed to hear the parties, and decide the petitioner's entitlements, within a period of six weeks thereafter." 3.

It transpires that pursuant to the aforesaid directions, an order dated 10.10.2025 has been passed by the office of the Deputy Director of Education (Zone-21), District South-West, B-1, Directorate of Education, GNCTD, Najafgarh, Delhi-110043, which inter-alia directs as under: "Now therefore, the Manager of school, N.K. Bagrodia Public School, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 is hereby directed to: a.Comply with the directions of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi passed in WPC No.16281/2022 to release all the admissible dues to the concerned petitioner after granting revision of salary in terms of 6th CPC and 7th CPC, arrears of salary, payment of salary for the period ofmaternity leave as per the petitioner's entitlement as per the computation done by the Accounts functionary of this office subject to conditions mentioned therein.

(Computation Sheet attached). b.To grant Bonus, LTC, CEA and other admissible allowances / reimbursement as per provisions of Section 10 of DSEAR, 1973 and release its arrears to the concerned teacher as per her entitlement. The Manager of school, N.K. Bargodia Public School, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 is hereby directed to submit the Action Taken Report in respect of compliance of this order within 10 days of the receipt of the order."

As such, the directions contained in the order dated 17.04.2025 stands complied with.

During the course of hearing, it transpires that the concerned school has filed a writ petition assailing the aforesaid order dated 10.10.2025. 6.

Needless to say, unless any interim orders are passed in the said writ petition which obviate compliance with the directions issued by the DOE, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

the said directions as contained in order dated 10.10.2025, are to be duly complied with by the concerned school. It is directed accordingly. 7.

It is made clear that all rights and contentions of the respondents in the aforesaid writ petition (assailing the order dated 10.10.2025) are necessarily open for consideration by the concerned Court. 8.

The petition, as also the pending application/s, stands disposed of in the above terms.
