Quash the Kalandara Bearing DD No. 76A dated 13.07.2023, Police Station GulabiBagh, U/s 107/150 Cr.P.C, 1973 pending adjudication before the Court of Ld. Special Executive Magistrate, Sarai Rohilla North District Delhi, along with all proceedings emanating therefrom and /or, B. Stay the Proceedings pending before the court of Ld. Special Executive Magistrate, Sarai Rohilla North District Delhi, in respect of the Kalandara Bearing DD No. 76A dated 13.07.2023, P.S.- GulabiBagh, U/s 107/150 Cr.P.C.. 1973 during the pendency of the present proceedings.

C. Pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the same has become infructuous.
