1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioner will approach the respondents by way of a representation.

In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed by making it clear that in case, a representation is made by the petitioner, the same will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt thereof.
