CRL.M.C. 5327/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby to set aside the order dated 31.01.2017 passed by Ld. M.M. District Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Criminal Complaint Case No. 56/16 and also set aside the impugned order dated 22.07.2019 passed by Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge-05, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Criminal Revision No.71/2017.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application

under Section 105 (C) and (D) of Cr.P.C if the Trial Court issue summons in complainant case no. 56/16.
