% 14.02.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 24th October, 2016. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court today and has been identified by W/SI Seema, P.S. Mahendra Park. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, coercion and pressure. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal
proceedings pending.
Accordingly, FIR No. 104/2014 under Section 354 IPC registered at Police Station Mahendra Park and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
