The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 08/2025 under Sections 420/406/34 IPC read with Sections 316/318/3(5) of BNS registered at Police Station Mehrauli.

Ms. Ankita, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner invites attention of the Court to the order dated 03.09.2025 to contend that notice was issued by this Court vide said order with further direction that subject to the applicant joining the investigation, no coercive steps shall be taken against him.

She submits that in deference to the said direction, the petitioner/applicant has already joined the investigation. 4.
The factum of joining of investigation has also been affirmed by the learned APP on instructions from the IO, who is present in Court. 5.
The status report has also been handed over across the bar, the same is taken on record.

has joined investigation. Para 10 of the status report wherein the said fact has been recorded reads thus:
"10. The alleged/Petitioner Kuldeep Kumar was filed anticepetory bail before Ld. Session Court and Hon'ble Court was directed to the alleged Kuldeep to join investigation. In compliance of order dated 05.04.2025, on 12.04.2025, accused Kuldeep Singh joined the investigation along with five boxes of luggage. Photographs of the luggage were sent to the complainant through WhatsApp and Video call was also made to the complainant who stated that this luggage is not belongs to him."

Further perusal of the status report reveals that the dispute in the present matter is pertaining only to an amount of Rs.8700/-. 8.
Having regard to the aforesaid circumstances, it is directed that in the event of petitioner's arrest, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer and further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned and he will not get in touch with the complainant or any other witness directly or indirectly or tamper with the evidence.

The petition stands disposed of.
