In view of above settlement, appellant does not wish to pursue her present appeal.

Present appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as satisfied in terms of settlement agreement dated 14.05.2025.

Needless to say, if any further action is to be taken in terms of aforesaid settlement agreement, this Court expects that parties shall do the needful.
