This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, for the recording of settlement arrived at between the parties.

The aforesaid application is duly signed by all the parties to the suit and is supported by the respective affidavits. Along with the application, the Settlement Agreement dated 16th October, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), executed by the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, has been placed on record. The Settlement Agreement bears the signatures of all the parties to the suit.

The parties are present in Court and affirm their signatures on the settlement agreement as well as the application and affirm the terms of the settlement.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the same.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CS(OS) 656/2023 8.

In view of the order passed above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 9.

The application, along with the Settlement Agreement dated 16th October, 2025, shall form part of the decree sheet. 10.

A decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

The suit, along with all pending application(s), stands disposed of. 12.

This Court appreciates the efforts put in by the Mediator, Ms. Veena Ralli, for assisting the parties in arriving at a settlement.
