Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 8th March 2024, passed by the learned Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Delhi, in SA182/2023 whereby an application filed by the petitioner seeking stay of auction of the scheduled property, was dismissed. Petitioner, in the alternative, seeks expeditious disposal of M.A. No.118 of 2024 pending before the DRAT, Delhi.

Keeping in view the averments made in the present petition, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the DRAT to dispose of M.A. No.118 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. The matter is directed to be listed before the Chairman, DRAT on 29th July, 2024.
