% 22.12.2016 Petitioner is not present in terms of the order dated 24.08.2016. On 24.08.2016, it was clearly noted that a decree has been passed against the petitioner for a sum of RS. 7,38,892/-. He had paid Rs. 1 lac. He had made a statement on 25.05.2016 that he would deposit another sum of Rs. 1 lac within one month. The said amount has not been deposited. This court on 24.08.2016 directed the petitioner to bring a banker's cheque of Rs. 2 lacs on 14.09.2016. That has also not been done. The petitioner is also not present today.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.

Interim orders stand vacated.
