The present petition under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers:- "(a) To set aside arbitral award dated 12.07.2023 passed by the Court of Ld. Presiding Officer Industrial Tribunal-I, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi in Case No. 36/2017 titled as "Smt. Guddi Vs. North Delhi Municipal Corporation;

(b) Summon the record of Respondent.

(c) Pass any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent has since been regularised w.e.f. 01.04.2016 vide office order dated 23.12.2024, which has been handed up in Court and the same is taken on record. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. 5.
