Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and the entire claim of the Respondent, stands settled at an amount of Rs. 5 lacs. He submits that the settlement amount of Rs. 5 lacs shall be paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent in three instalments by way of 3 post-dated cheques.

1.1 Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, further undertakes that all three cheques shall be honoured upon presentation. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent who appears along with the Respondent affirms the fact that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. He further submits that he has received the three 3 original Cheques, being Cheque bearing No.000431 dated 25.07.2024 of the value of Rs.1,66,500/-; Cheque bearing No.000432 dated 25.08.2024 of the value of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Rs.1,66,500/-; and Cheque bearing No.000433 dated 25.09.2024 of the value of Rs.1,67,000/-, all in the name of Mr. Dinesh Singh and drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, today.

The original cheques have been handed over to the Respondent, who is physically present in the Court today.

In view of the aforegoing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the present petition. Learned Counsel for the Respondent does not oppose the prayers seeking disposal of the present Petition, albeit subject to realisation of the entire amount of Rs. 5 lakhs. 5.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Pending Application also stands closed.
