% 09.05.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking directions to respondent No.2 to grant stepping up of petitioner's pay at par with the junior (Ms. Nisha Vashisht) who is working as TGT in consonance with Rule 7 of the CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the affidavit of Ms. Sabu Sebastian, Accountant of respondent No.2 School, the petitioner does not want to pursue the present petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
