The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no. 1, i.e., Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to restrain the respondent nos. 2 and 3 from carrying out any unauthorized construction at property bearing no. K-685-686, Mangolpuri Delhi-110083, and to demolish the said unauthorized construction.

Responding to the present petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1/MCD, on advance notice, submits that the property in question has already been booked. She submits that a reply was received from respondent no. 2, to the Show Cause Notice issued by the MCD. 3.

Learned counsel for MCD further submits that a Show Cause Notice dated 21st May, 2025 has also been issued to the petitioner as well, with regard to unauthorized construction in the property of the petitioner, i.e., K684, Mangolpuri Delhi-110083. 5.
Disputing the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has carried out only repair work, on account of the fact that the aforesaid property of the petitioner was damaged due to the construction activity carried out by respondent nos. 2 and 3. 6.
Having heard learned counsels for the parties, the MCD is directed to take requisite action against the property of the respondent no. 2, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, in accordance with law. 7.
It is also directed that the status of the action taken by the MCD, shall be duly uploaded on the website of the Special Task Force ("STF"). 8.
In the event that respondent no. 2 is aggrieved by any action taken by the MCD, he shall have the right to seek his remedies in accordance with law.

Likewise, the MCD is also directed to take requisite action against the property of the petitioner as well. Due opportunity shall be granted to the petitioner, in accordance with Principles of Natural Justice, before any action is sought to be taken against the property of the petitioner. 10.
Accordingly, the MCD is directed to take time bound action against the properties in question, preferably, within a period of 6 months, from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
