This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:

"i) issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to issue a Demand Letter indicating the amount to be deposited in respect to Plot bearing No. C- 11/147, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi which is already allotted in the name of the Petitioner herein vide Allotment Letter dated 23.05.2017;

ii) issue a writ of mandamus direction the Respondents/DDA to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 25/02/2026 at 15:38:31

make the arrangement for taking up of physical possession of this plot by the Petitioner herein; and/or"

I am informed that the aforesaid plot bearing No. C-11/147 has already been allotted to the petitioner and the petitioner is required to submit some documents to the respondent.

The same shall be done within 4 weeks from today and thereafter the physical possession shall be handed over to the petitioner within 4 weeks. 4.
