% 28.03.2026 The present matter has been taken up today, i.e., 28th March, 2026 as 2nd March, 2026 was declared a holiday.

A detailed order was passed in the present writ petition on 10th July, 2025.

Submissions of the counsel for the respondent/MCD were noted wherein it is stated that the petitioner has been filing petitions with ulterior motives and approximately 50 of the said petitions have been dismissed. 3.

Noting the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner was directed to file an affidavit giving details of the petitions filed by the petitioner in a tabulated form before this Court. Thereafter the matter was listed on 10th October, 2025 and 27th January, 2026, and on both dates an adjournment was taken on behalf of the petitioner.

Till date, the aforesaid affidavit has not been filed by the petitioner. 6.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he is not liable to file such an affidavit. Instead, the petitioner has filed an application being CM APPL. 66168/2025, wherein a direction is sought against respondent/MCD to produce documents as detailed in paragraph 4 of the said application.

It is clear from the above that the petitioner has not complied with the order passed by this Court on 10th July, 2025, nor does he intend to comply with the same.

It is also a matter of record that the said order has not been challenged by the petitioner.

In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition along with pending application is dismissed.
