The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that appropriate sections have not been mentioned in the FIR No. 319/2024 dated 17.04.2024, registered at Police Station Shahbad Dairy. It is alleged that due to the acts of the accused persons, the petitioner had to pre-maturely deliver her child who ultimately expired. 2.
The petitioner also seeks protection from the accused persons.

issue and asked to visit the petitioner, and if the need arises, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. He submits that the same would be done forthwith. 4.
Insofar as the prayer seeking addition of certain more sections in the FIR is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate. 5.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage.

Needless to say, in case any grievance remains, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court at a later stage. 7.
