At the very outset, it has been informed that matter has been amicably settled under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Settlement agreement dated 22.08.2024 is already on record and broadly speaking, as per the terms of settlement, petitioners/plaintiffs would pay a sum of Rs. 2,57,50,000/- by way of demand draft or RTGS to the respondent and in lieu respondents would hand over the key of the property in question.

As per the terms of the settlement, both the parties have agreed to do the needful before learned Trial Court on 06.09.2024. 3.
Mr. P. the respondent before the learned Trial Court on the date fixed and similarly, learned counsel for respondent undertakes that respondent would appear before the learned Trial Court that day and would hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the property in question by handing over the key of the property to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that in view of the settlement, he is not pressing the present petition any further and merely requests that learned Trial Court may be requested to take up the matter on 06.09.2024 and to pass appropriate orders in terms of the aforesaid mediation settlement. 5.
In view of aforesaid development, present petition is disposed of as not pressed and learned Trial Court is requested to take up the matter on 06.09.2024 and to pass appropriate orders in terms of aforesaid mediation settlement.
