CM APPL.48068/2025 (for modification of the order dated 14.07.2025) 1.

The present application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking modification of paragraph 6(i) of order dated 14.07.2025, passed in the present proceedings.

Learned counsel on behalf of the applicant/petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent clerical/ typographical error, paragraph 6(i) of the aforementioned order directs NBCC to consider "petitioner's request for renewal of bank guarantees" instead of "petitioner's request for return of bank guarantees".

Considering the averments made in the present application, paragraph 6(i) of the order dated 14.07.2025 is modified and shall be read as under: "6. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with the following directions:- (i) The NBCC is directed to consider the petitioner's request for return of the bank guarantees and issuance of the completion The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. certificate taking into account the averments made in the present writ petition. Let a decision in this regard be taken within a period of four weeks from today. In case the return of the performance bank guarantee and/or issuance of the completion certificate is sought to be denied, the respondent shall pass a reasoned order with regard thereto."
