This is an application seeking early hearing of the writ petition. 2.

With the consent of the parties, the application is allowed and with the consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for hearing on Board. W.P.(CRL) 2155/2024 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners have since been blessed with a baby girl and with the said development, relationship between Petitioner No. 1 and her family members have become amicable. They state that Petitioners are presently living in Delhi within the jurisdiction of Police Sation Tigri, Delhi.

They state that in view of the reconciliation between the Petitioners and the private Respondents, the Petitioners do not apprehend any threat and seek withdrawal of the petition.

Be that as it may for a further period of six (6) months, the concerned SHO, Police Station Jamia Nagar is directed to provide requisite assistance to Petitioners in case, they require any support. 6.

The Ld. Additional Standing Counsel for the State is directed to provide the phone number of the SHO Police Sation Tigri, Delhi and the concerned Beat Constable to the counsel for the Petitioners. 7.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition along with pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.

The next date of hearing i.e. 28.03.2025 is cancelled. 9.
