The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, an elected representative and counsellor of Ward No.34, Nangloi, Delhi against the dilapidated condition of a dispensary that has been set out in Nangloi, Camp-2. It is submitted that the condition of the structure has become feeble and immediate intervention is required to obviate the possibility of any mishap.

It is prayed that the respondents be directed to either re-construct the said dispensary after demolishing the dilapidated structure or carry out extensive renovation and upgradation of the same on urgent basis. 5.

submits that the joint inspection of the concerned structure / dispensary by the Public Works Department (PWD) and the Chief District Medical Officer (CPMO) has been scheduled to be conducted. It is submitted that the inspection would be carried out latest within a period of one week from today.

The respondents are directed to take immediate follow up / remedial action thereafter.
