The application under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 for clarification/modification of Order dated 06.08.2024 wherein it is submitted that though he had appeared on 06.08.2024 but inadvertently, his attendance has not been marked for the said date.
