This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 21.12.2021 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'Trial Court') titled DRI v. Dong young Oh directing the respondent herein to be released on bail.

Mr.Rahul Raheja, learned Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of the respondent. He submits that he was earlier representing the respondent, however, has not received any instructions from the respondent to appear further in the present matter. He submits that to the best of his knowledge, the learned Trial Court has already, on the respondent violating the terms of the bail, proceeded against the respondent and the surety, and orders have been passed in that regard. He submits that the surety already stands forfeited. 3.
In that view of the matter, the present petition is rendered infructuous.

The learned Trial Court, while considering the effect of the respondent violating the terms of the order releasing him on bail, shall also consider the other submissions that the petitioner may have to offer.
