Mr.Rahul Raheja, Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of the respondent(s). He submits that he was earlier representing the respondent(s), however, has not received any instructions from the respondent(s) to appear further in the present matters. He submits that to the best of his knowledge, the learned Trial Court has already, on the respondent(s) violating the terms of the bail, proceeded against the respondent(s) and the surety, and orders have been passed in that regard.

The above facts have not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
