Appellant in person along with learned counsel, who state that she may be permitted to withdraw the present Appeal, subject to waiver of Mesne Profits by the Respondent.

The Respondent, who is present in person along with his counsel, states that he waives the decree in respect of the Mesne Profits, subject to the withdrawal of the Appeal by the Appellants. The Respondent undertakes to withdraw the Execution filed in respect of the Mesne Profits. 3.

In view of the submissions made by both the parties, the Appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
