Learned counsel for the UOI informs that the impugned LOCs stand withdrawn.

In this regard, learned counsel for the UOI has handed over a written communication, addressed by Mr. Divyanshu Bhardwaj, Consultant, Legal and Prosecution, SFIO. The same, inter-alia records as under: "Reference may be taken to the previous correspondence taken place in this regard and it is to be submitted that following Writ Petitions filed are pending before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court with prayer to quash the LOC issued by the SFIO into the affairs of Vivo Mobile India Private Limited & Ors. are scheduled to be listed on 20.08.2025.

In the circumstances, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

Accordingly, the petitions stand disposed of. All pending applications also stands disposed of.
