The present petition has been filed challenging the detention of one iPhone of the Petitioner by the Customs Department vide detention receipt dated 29th May, 2025.

On the last date of hearing i.e., 10th July, 2025, the Court had observed as under:

"3. A perusal of the supporting affidavit and the vakalatnama shows that the signatures are not matching.

Moreover, there are no particulars including passport details, residential details or any other detail, which has been set out in the present petition.

4. However, considering the fact that none appears for the Petitioner, in the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned today.

5. Petitioner to take steps and file the relevant documents, if so advised."
