JUDGMENT

SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL) 1.

Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the service record as legally wedded wife of deceased Constable Pawan Kumar Yadav and further seeks a direction to the respondents not to release death benefits to anyone till her representation is decided.

Learned counsel for respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that representation of the petitioner has been received. He assures that retiral benefits and other dues shall not be released to any party till disposal of the representation. 3.

Learned counsel for respondents further submits that since husband of the petitioner has expired, a Court of Inquiry has already been ordered. Representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of as soon as Court of Inquiry is concluded. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
