% 01.12.2016 Today, Mr. Sanjay, learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions of Mr. Shadab Abbasi as well as Ms. Saba Anjum Abbasi who are personally present in Court, wishes to withdraw the reply affidavits dated 01st April, 2016 to the extent they state that the "socalled undertakings" had never been furnished and that they had executed blank papers on the instructions of their previous counsel. Both Mr. Shadab Abbasi and Ms. Saba Anjum Abbasi tender their unconditional and unqualified apology for not complying with their undertakings dated 26th August, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also prays that the unconditional and unqualified apology be accepted. Consequently, a quietus is given to the present proceedings by

accepting the unconditional and unqualified apology tendered by Mr. Shadab Abbasi and Ms. Saba Anjum Abbasi. They are warned to be more careful in future.

With the aforesaid warning, the present contempt petition is closed.
