By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks to place on record the Settlement Agreement dated 07.06.2024 as well as seeks leave to withdraw the petition on the premise that the parties have been able to reach on an amicable settlement including with the employees namely, Mr.Anurag Seth, Mr. Raman Grover, Mr. Sumeet Arora, Mr. Amit Jain, Mr. Varun Malhotra and Ms. Nidhi Sharma before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi. 2.

For the reasons stated in the present application, the present application is allowed and the petition is permitted to be withdrawn. 3.
