% 09.03.2024 Appellant has filed an appeal for enhancement of the award dated 31.08.2021 passed by the learned Tribunal.

After comprehensive discussion, it is agreed between the parties that the appellant (s) shall be entitled to further lump sum enhancement of compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Only) over and above the award of the learned Tribunal as full and final settlement. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the insurance company is directed to deposit the enhanced amount of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Rs.5,00,000/- before the Registrar General of this Court within a period of 06 weeks failing which it shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a. on the delayed deposit. The said enhanced amount be directed to be released to the appellant(s) namely Smt. Rajwanti and Sh. Krishan Chander in equal proportions subject to fulfilment of all the requested formalities.

The present appeal along with the pending application(s), if any, is disposed of with directions in terms of the foregoing settlement.

A copy of this order be sent to concerned Ld. Tribunal with LCR, if requisitioned and received.
