Learned counsel for respondent appears through videoconferencing pursuant to the notice.

She submits that without prejudice to her rights contentions, she would have no objection if one last and final opportunity is granted to the petitioner Ms. Pooja to cross-examine PW1.

The suit has been filed by Ms. Gajro Devi (plaintiff) against her estranged daughter-in-law.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the gracious concession given by learned counsel for respondent/plaintiff, the present petition is disposed with direction that on the next date hearing before the learned Trial Court on 02.08.2025, defendant shall cross-examine plaintiff Ms. Gajro Devi (PW1).

opportunity in this regard and for causing delay in the matter, she is also burdened with cost of Rs. 10,000/-. Cost be also paid on the date fixed i.e. 02.08.2025 before the learned Trial Court.
