Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that since the parties have arrived at a settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2026 instant and Service Agreement dated 16.02.2026 instant, nothing survives in the present Petition and the same can be disposed of in terms of the afore-stated Agreements. They have also handed over a photocopy of both the Agreements across the Bar and the same are taken on record.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that vide Order dated 11.07.2025, the Petitioner was directed to deposit the principal The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. amount along with up-to-date interest and the Respondent was granted liberty to withdraw the same subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Worthy Registrar General of this Court. As noted in Order dated 04.11.2025 passed by the learned Joint Registrar (Judicial), the Respondent filed an FDR bearing No.

50301229797076, for an amount of Rs.3,92,58,000/-, drawn on HDFC Bank.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that he will make a request to HDFC Bank to release the afore-said FDR in favour of the Respondent.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the lis between the parties stands settled, he has no objection to the release of the said FDR in favour of the Respondent.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the afore-said Agreements, the present Petition is disposed of in terms of the said Agreements. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

Parties undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the said Agreements.
