% 20.09.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent states that in compliance of order of this court dated 23.5.2018 additional expenses of Rs.7,10,879/- shall be paid to the OL on account of security expenses within six weeks from today. Let the respondent ensure the needful. In the meantime let the OL release a sum of Rs.5,99,630/- to the Manasvi Security Services within six weeks.

Petition stands disposed of. Liberty is granted to the Manasvi Security Services to approach this court in case there is a default in payment of its dues by the respondent company seeking revival of the appointment of the OL as the provisional Liquidator. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
