The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashing of FIR No.73/2017 dated 18.02.2017 registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj for offences under Sections 33/58/52(2) of the Delhi Excise Act. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in the present Petition, at an appropriate stage during trial. 3.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
