The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was registered in the year 1999 and the charges were framed against the petitioner way back in the year 2017. He submits that the petitioner is 81 years of age.

He submits that the petitioner has been unnecessarily implicated in the present case and has been made to face the trial. 3.

He, at the outset, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is exempted from personal appearance before the learned Trial Court.
