By way of the present application, the applicant/respondent no. 2 is seeking following prayer:

"a. Recall the impugned Judgment dated 09.12.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl. Rev. P. No. 917/2024 to the extent the Petitioner is awarded a sum of Rs. 10,000/- per month, as expenses towards securing a rented accommodation for herself and the minor child, which shall be paid by the Respondent No. 2; and Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case in favour of the Respondent No. 2."
