Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner at par with his junior and also claim arrears of the pay. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a representation has been given to the respondents on 04.09.2023 2.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner sent on 04.09.2023 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with the law. Needless to say, in case petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed on his representation, he would be at liberty to avail of the remedy as may be available in law.
