% 22.07.2024 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned trial court.

Liberty is granted.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that this court has not gone into the merits of the case. It is further directed that the learned trial court shall make sincere endeavour to dispose of the matter within six weeks.
