Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that the present suit has been settled with defendant no. 1.

He further submits that the plaintiff is not pressing any relief against defendant no. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that the suit can be decreed in favour of the plaintiff, accordingly. 4.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, there is no impediment in closing the present proceedings at this stage, since the plaintiff, has already settled its disputes with defendant no. 1. Besides, the plaintiff is not pressing any relief against defendant no. 2. 5.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff and against defendant no. 1, in terms of Prayer Clause (i) to (iii) of the plaint. 6.

Let decree sheet be drawn up.
