% 11.10.2018 The parties have filed an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 and reported that the disputes between them have been settled. The undertakings given by the Defendant have been recorded in paragraphs 1 to 7 of the application. The Defendant shall be bound by the said undertakings. Plaintiff has given up the claim of costs and damages. The settlement application shall be marked as Exhibit-C and shall form part of the decree. 50% of the court fee is directed to be refunded to the Plaintiff in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act.
