The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs, seeking withdrawal of the present suit.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the plaintiffs do not wish to continue with the present suit, any further.

Accordingly, considering the submissions made before this Court, and in view of the fact that a consent decree in a connected suit, being CS(OS) 612/2018, has been passed, this Court finds no impediment in allowing the plaintiffs to withdraw the present suit.

Learned counsel for the defendant nos. 1 to 5 submits that he has no objection if the present suit is allowed to be withdrawn.
